LSC Coach Equipment & Gear

Laurelhurst Soccer Club supports our program by providing the essential equipment for our coach's to eliminate out of pocket expenses. The equipment furnished as a new coach will provide all the necessary elements to have succesful practices, and on game day. The equipment is used each year as long as you continue to coach. U7 & U8 coach's use the same equipment except ball size. At U9 there are updates to the equipment as indicated in the list below. Only as a new coach is a complete set of equipment issued based on age bracket. In the event you decide to stop coaching we expect you to return all your equipment to the club.

The following is an inventory of what is issued to each New Head Coach at our August meeting.

Kick & Chase - Issued at the August meeting - Contents of 2 Duffel Bags and a ball bag.

Pug Goals / 4 sets of two per bag / 60 Pennies *15 each of four colors / 8 Orange adult pennies for coaches / 48 Cones / 40 Discs

Bag o' balls - #3 / First Aid Kits / Cold Compress / Ball Pumps & Needles

U7

Pug Goal - 1 set of two per bag / Pennies - 18 * 8 each of two colors, 1 each of two colors / Pennies are issued to cover all the way to the U14 season. This provides all the players and color needed for scrimmages / Soccer Ball #3 (for games) / 9" Cones - 12 / Discs - 1 set of ten / First Aid Kit / Cold Compress Packs / Duffel Bag / Ball Pump & Needle Packet

U8

Same base equipment is used for U8 as for U7 except you will receive a #4 soccer ball for games / First Aid Kit supplies as needed.

U9-U14

Coaches are expected to return their Pugg Goals from the previous season. This is replaced with:

Net / Velcro Straps for hanging on goals / stakes to secure back of net / Bucket - used for net storage and standing on to hang net / Corner Flags / Goalie Gloves - 2 pair / Goalie Jersey - 2

• All other base equipment for U9 through U14 is the same except for the ball size. U13 & U14 will be provided with a #5 game ball.
• A new game ball is provided to each team every year.
