All teams must have two registered coaches. On line registration will provide the "Background Disclosure" form to be filled out as you register. Any team failing to meet this requirement will not receive Team rosters, practice permits, equipment or player cards. No exceptions!

Coaches registered with Laurelhurst Soccer Club are automatically registered with OYSA. Registration with OYSA is a requirement for coaching. Risk management is again a priority of the LSC. All coaches as well as any volunteer that has contact with the children must register on-line in order to meet these requirements.
